RETURN POLICY AND PROCEEDURE
For defective items, a replacement can be issued within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at returns@americannook.com. Proof of Purchase required for all items returned, so please include your order number in the email. We will email you a return label to return defective item. After item is received at our warehouse we will immediately ship out replacement item with no shipping charge.
To return non-defective items the same process will be used except a restocking fee will apply. Email us a return request with your order number and we will return your email that includes a printable return label.

How long is your Return Period?
Any unwanted product must be returned within 45 days from when your order is delivered.
What items can I return?
You can return an item for any reason. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 45 days. To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected upon return. You will be responsible for restocking fees. This total will be deducted from your total refund upon receipt of your item(s). There will be a restocking fee per order you return. Initial Shipping Costs will not be refundable.
What is the restocking fee?
All returns will be subject to a restocking fee per order you return for shipping and handling and will equal $10 deducted from your total refund.
Can I get a refund on the shipping from my order?
No. We do not currently offer refunds for any shipping costs from your original order.
How will I receive my refund?
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Refunds will be refunded as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
Can I combine multiple returns into one return?
Returns registered separately can’t be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process, so please package separately.
